Translation Key Limits

What counts:

  • Each key counts as 1, regardless of languages
  • Draft and published keys both count
  • Soft-deleted keys don’t count (after 30 days)

  • They stop counting after 30 days

What happens if I exceed my limits?

Do I get refunds if I cancel?

Yes! Export all your projects before canceling. Your data is preserved, but it’s good practice to back up.

What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?

All data is preserved. You must reduce usage to comply with Free plan limits, but existing translations remain accessible.

How do I get an invoice for accounting?

Download PDF invoices from the Billing History section. Need custom invoices? Contact support.

Can I upgrade and downgrade multiple times?

Yes, but frequent changes may result in confusing prorations. We recommend staying on a plan for at least one billing cycle.
