Langctl is a CLI-first translation management SaaS platform for development teams. Services include web dashboard, CLI tools, multi-language support, team collaboration, and API access.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Plans: Free ($0), Pro ($39/mo), Team ($99/mo), Enterprise (custom)
Payment Timing: Fees charged in advance at beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Auto-renewal unless cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers to Pro and Team plans. Applies only to first payment. Request within 7 days for 100% refund.
Renewal charges are non-refundable. No refunds for partial months.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
Cancel subscription at any time via dashboard (Subscription → Manage Billing) or email [email protected]. No cancellation fees.
Effect of Cancellation
Prevents future charges. Access retained until end of billing period. No refund for remaining days. Account downgrades to Free plan. Data preserved under Free plan limits.
12. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
13. Consumer Rights (India)
Under Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have rights to fair pricing, protection against unfair practices, and grievance redressal.
